A lot of OCs these days look alike, and I wouldn't be surprised if someone has a similar OC to tell the truth.
Surprise surprise that there's a lot of people in this world, and many of them get similar ideas without ever seeing or being inspired by another artist's creation. I won't deny there are some people out there that do steal character designs. But there's also a lot of cases of innocent happenstance similarities.
And I know.
Most people wouldn't. I've seen friends borrow from each other, some people take small aspects of inspiration. But most people don't outright steal characters. I mean... With criteria like what this person is implying, I might as well be angry every time someone has a character with black hair with a purple fringe, green eyes, tattoos, and multiple piercings. Just because I have a character with such aspects. It's silly.
